Balancing Creativity, Precision & Performance in a Fast-Paced Agency Environment
Working across multiple industries at OmniPERFORM meant constantly adapting to different brand voices and communication styles. Each client had its own tone of voice, audience expectations, and creative constraints—so copywriting couldn’t just be creative, it had to be on-brand, on-brief, and perfectly aligned with the visual direction.
Delivering content that felt tailored, fresh, relevant, and innovative every single time was both a creative and strategic challenge. The ultimate goal was to stay top of mind—to be the team clients trust to consistently deliver cool, effective ideas that get results and make them want to recommend us further.
On the performance side, ensuring accurate reporting and interpretation of campaign KPIs demanded a high level of attention to details. With multiple accounts running simultaneously, I had to remain super sharp when it came to tracking results, interpreting data, and communicating campaign outcomes clearly and confidently to clients.

Deadlines were always present, but the real pressure came from the high expectations and the need to consistently exceed them. It wasn’t just about delivering work on time—it was about delivering content that made an impact. On top of that, maintaining clear and effective communication with clients was crucial, especially when it came to managing expectations, aligning on strategy, and responding quickly to feedback.

One of the core objectives at OmniPERFORM was to increase brand visibility across digital platforms. This meant crafting tailored content and distributing it through the right channels to make brands not just visible—but memorable. Our focus was on positioning each brand clearly in the minds of its audience through consistent messaging and creative differentiation.

Beyond visibility, we aimed to generate meaningful interaction and tangible results. This included creating campaigns that encouraged engagement, sparked interest, and ultimately guided users toward action—whether that meant generating leads, boosting campaign traffic, or converting attention into clicks. Each piece of content was built to perform, not just to exist.

Using a mix of paid and organic tactics, we focused on delivering content that sparked interaction, encouraged participation, and kept the audience coming back for more.

As part of my initial role, I managed the monthly content planning for Somersby, granini, and Bucur—developing posts based on specific content pillars outlined in each brand’s brief. The focus was on creating relevant, engaging, and trend-adapted content that matched the identity and objectives of each brand.
For Somersby, I developed playful, social-media-friendly copy and was also in charge of post promotion and follower acquisition campaigns, ensuring greater visibility and reach for each key post.
granini—a fresh and colorful fruit juice brand—required copy that balanced product storytelling with an upbeat, approachable tone, while Bucur, a Romanian boulevard beer, needed content that conveyed authenticity, tradition, and local spirit in a relatable format. For both brands, I collaborated with United Media Services agency on post promotion and boosting, working in sync with their team to align distribution tactics with our content goals.
In all cases, I worked closely with our design team to ensure copy and visuals were perfectly aligned. We held regular content strategy sessions to maintain coherence across formats and ensure the creative stayed fresh, relevant, and in tune with audience & client expectations.

Campaign Management & Direct Client Coordination: Rompetrol
Rompetrol brought a new level of complexity, with posts & campaigns shifting daily due to the fast-paced nature of client communication. I worked closely with the client, creating & managing copy, overseeing continuous updates, adjustments, and feedback loops—especially on larger national campaigns or time-sensitive initiatives.
In addition to content coordination, I'm handling in-app notification creation & delivery via Firebase, ensuring messages reached users promptly and were aligned with active offers, and also of post promotion for all Rompetrol campaigns on Meta and TikTok, optimizing reach and ensuring each post performs in line with campaign objectives. Rompetrol required a strong mix of creative agility, operational sharpness, and real-time responsiveness.
Reporting for Rompetrol was also more demanding due to the high posting frequency and diverse campaign formats.
Beyond monthly performance summaries, I regularly delivered individual reports at the client’s request, focusing on specific campaigns such as CarWash, heiFoodTrucks, competition reporting, or features from the Rompetrol Go app. These required in-depth KPI tracking, data interpretation, and clear, client-ready presentation of results.
In addition, Rompetrol runs a lot of contests every month, and I coordinate the full process end-to-end—from winner selection and communication to preparing AWBs and handling prize shipment via FanCourier.

Media Strategy & Paid Implementation: VIVO! Malls
As I progressed in my role, I took over the account management for the VIVO! shopping centers in Cluj, Constanța, Baia Mare, Pitești, and Stop Shop Botoșani.
Here, my focus shifted toward paid media—developing monthly media plans, implementing campaign strategies across Meta & TikTok platforms, and overseeing post promotion performance. I'm also handling budget allocation and monthly budget planning, ensuring cost-efficiency while maximizing visibility for each mall’s seasonal campaigns, tenant highlights, and events.
The campaigns were tailored to each location, requiring strong coordination between creative, paid media, and mall marketing teams.
For the visual side of campaigns, we are working in collaboration with Ogilvy, the creative agency handling design and production. My role focused on aligning the media efforts with the broader marketing strategy, ensuring every campaign was delivered effectively across channels and met the expected KPIs.
Campaign Frequency – Each month, I manage at least three active campaigns for each of the four shopping centers.
These campaigns run in parallel and cover seasonal events, commercial activations, or local initiatives—each requiring dedicated media planning, audience targeting, and platform-specific implementation tailored to the unique context of each mall.

One of VIVO!’s biggest campaigns of 2025 so far.
VIVO! Cluj-Napoca – International Women’s Day - My role in this campaign was to translate the client’s brief into a clear, efficient media strategy for digital rollout, ensuring that all communication objectives were met across online platforms. I created and delivered a tailored media plan that covered the entire online phase of the campaign, with precise timing, audience targeting, and channel allocation.
The campaign ran ran between February 26 and March 10, with an intensive push in the final week to maximize reach before the event day.
The main objective was to increase brand awareness for VIVO! Cluj-Napoca and drive foot traffic toward the in-mall activities dedicated to celebrating women.
The creative concept and visual materials were produced by our partner agency, Ogilvy, while I was responsible for planning and executing the media plan, which included Meta and TikTok static/video ads.
The event took place on March 8th and featured: A raffle with instant prizes for women who shopped for at least 100 RON, a Prosecco & sweets area offering small treats to visitors, and a cultural moment: the screening of the documentary Maria, Inima României, highlighting the story of Queen Marie and her legacy.
Our target audience included women aged 16–60 from Cluj and nearby areas, with a strong interest in fashion, shopping, lifestyle, history, and local events. The tone of communication was warm and inspirational, aiming to position VIVO! as a mall that celebrates women with purpose and personality.
In addition to strategy and setup, I tracked campaign performance throughout, adjusting where needed to optimize delivery. Metrics such, CPC, Cost per Event Reponse, Reach, Engagement, and format efficiency were continuously monitored across all active platforms.
As a result, we met and exceeded all estimates outlined in the media plan, delivering strong visibility across channels and significantly contributing to the in-mall presence. The campaign achieved overdelivery, reinforcing VIVO!’s positioning and presence in one of the key commercial moments of the year.

I was part of the team that successfully pitched and won the Cris-Tim account, contributing on the copywriting side during the initial proposal phase. Beyond social and campaign work, I was involved in refreshing the copy for the newly launched Blanc 1664 website. Working in Umbraco CMS, I localized the content and translated from German to Romanian, ensuring that each section reflected the premium tone of the brand, while also adapting for clarity, and SEO.

Performance-Driven Campaign Execution & Billing: DHL & Patria Bank, Patria Credit
In addition to ongoing creative accounts, I took over campaign execution for DHL and Patria Bank (including Patria Credit), focusing on Meta and Google campaigns.
My role here combined strategic briefing, ad setup, asset coordination, and precise monitoring of KPIs for each flighted initiative.
Alongside media tasks, I also took over client billing and invoicing responsibilities for DHL, Patria Bank, and VIVO!, ensuring accurate financial tracking and smooth collaboration between departments.
Auditing Digital Presence and Identifying Optimization Opportunities: Fiziodent
As part of the account manager role, I conducted a comprehensive digital audit for Fiziodent, a dental clinic based in Bucharest.
The analysis covered search engine visibility (SERP), social media activity, Google and Meta ad performance, as well as website UX, engagement metrics, and traffic sources.
Key focus areas included: Evaluating keyword positioning and SEO optimization opportunities, identifying paid media inefficiencies and suggesting ad creative improvements, assessing social media consistency, engagement rate, and posting strategy, as well as benchmarking against competitors and highlighting gaps in content diversity and branding.
The audit concluded with a set of tailored, actionable recommendations aimed at improving visibility, retention, and conversion rates across digital channels.
